SLOW CUST SERVICE
Customer service live chat very slow, dekat apps tulis “currently replying in 10 minutes”, but after 30 minutes no respond at all. Then cs respond kejap, then hilang balik. Live chat pulak always hilang conversationnya kalau terkeluar dari apps. Terpaksa START DARI AWAL SEMULA & TUNGGU ANOTHER 30 MINUTES??? Ingat customer ni takde kerja lain ke nak kena hadap phone live chat tu, tunggu cs reply. Boleh tak buat apps yang live chat tu boleh tengok balik conversation lama. Entah la line halo telco teruk sangat. Dah bersabar lama dah. Memang lepasni boikot terus simkad ni. Kawan2 HT saya pun banyak complain halo telco ni teruk line. Padahal line celcom digi semua elok je. Please upgrade dulu line, service and apps. Daripada buat contest bagi emas but cust service failed.

good app i never seen
i really like to used this telco and the app i can use the credit to pay others think as well like electric bill & also water bill i always used this app to pay for this 2 and also my house fibre i used this telco like 10 years already i still love it gonna maintain the line and number change number is difficult and also mafan so just maintain for this nice app and also can used credit to pay for others bill.
