Unable to connect the fan to the app
Bought the fan because it claimed to have Wi-Fi function. However trying to connect the fan to the Wi-Fi was a disaster despite following the manual & tried countless times. The connection just keep on failing. Please improve the function, otherwise it makes no difference compared to other brand, but more of a pricey piece of ceiling fan.

i’ve bought the new wifan and no matter how many times i try and even when the fan connects to my network. the app doesn’t discover the fan and add it.

Bought the expensive Panasonic WiFan solely to allow me conveniently turn on/off the fan remotely but the app is major disappointment! The app will 99.99% of time will log you out every time you open the app. It will be the first and the last time I will purchase any Panasonic app enable appliances coz it will sure comes with poor basic app with a very complicated way to pair. Disappointed!

The App itself is ok. My issue is around having to log into Panasonic services every time I want to use the remote features of the fan. Organizations in their desperation to collect every piece of information on their user base forget the basic concept of making things that are convenient and easy to use. And for the love of god if you are going to make it compulsory to log into your services, why would you not have an option to remember the password for easy login? I’m unlikely to buy another Panasonic fan because of this implementation of the app. I don’t want to login into your service every time I want to access a local device.

The app should be simple and straightforward like Samsungs products, I’ve tried multiple times with both my “smart fans” and it keeps making me go back to step one even after following instructions thoroughly. Do better devs
