given complaint on 10th april 2024. till date no action. as usual ghmc always sleeps, and allows the illegal constructions to continue. they will wake up after a long time and try to manage. they will never improve. my neighbour is continuing the construction , causing disturbance to our building flat owners. what is the use of giving complaint. it is purely a waste exercise

Grievance of closing without resolution
The app is not serving the purpose of resolving issues. The call Center reverts and questions if satisfied. But if your reply is a NO, nothing is done beyond that. The ghmc officials are uncouth and used to bribes. Nothing moves forward without that. They are hand in glove with local politicians. For example, Jaffar the local leader came and threatened that he will disconnect / block our drain. When asked to produce the ghmc permission, nothing is shown but I was threatened for objection to mix the local drain line in our BPCL retail outlet premises, which they are not supposed to. Not one ghmc official addressed this. So IT CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR INVOLVEMENT. And complaints are closed by officers without resolving .
App is very slow, no proper maintenance of it

Worst App
Once you open the app you have to wait soooo long. and I have made a transaction for property tax, after that when I tried to download the receipt for the same it showed me “error server is not working” and I didn’t find any option to get my receipt downloaded anywhere in the app. TS government should make it user friendly for the citizens. Also in the option “help” there is a demo section which is totally waste and not helpful at all. So I’m giving minus 5 star rating for this bad application and the huge failure of the TS government especially the GHMC department.
Substandard app
