CGHS mobile app facilitates Book/Cancel/View appointment for desired time, date, doctor & Wellness Centre, search empaneled Hospitals/Lab, view News and Highlights from CGHS Website.
Needs overhaul.
Slow, seeking mpin updation very frequently. The crowning event is the showing of the date on which the appointment was booked as the date of booking ,as I could check back from the CGHS website opened separately. But the positive side of the app is the faultlessly saved data of self and family on the site. The initial deposit of amount is also shown correctly. The database shows all the medicines prescribed and the procedures undergone per member too. Hope it becomes user friendly sooner.

I have downloaded and installed this app on my iPhone. But when I want to book online appointment to visit my WC, I am not able to proceed further after selecting Dr. As the date drop-down menu is not available. Hopeless performance.
