Poor delivery procedures
Ordered sneaker, the order was first delayed, and then I got a message stated that my order was refused from my end, no calls made, no delivery partner made contact, called customer service and told them about this, they told they have escalated this and it’s a fault from delivery partner, told me to don’t worry and asked to wait for another 48 hours, waited….and then i see that my order was cancelled and shipped back, to warehouse, thanku you for wasting 2 weeks of time, you have probably lost customer
