I would suggested not to buy any product from Reliance digital first of all due to poor customer service and duplicate products ! If we never buy from Reliance digital then no need to think about this useless App !
Inefficient Technician Assignments: Frustrations in Metropolitan Areas
Even in metropolitan areas, it takes at least a week for them to assign a technician. However, the technician simply calls you and doesn't show up. If you continue calling them, they'll assign a new person who repeats the same process, leaving you frustrated and eventually leading you to fix the issue yourself.
Delay in delivery of AC
It is a very pathetic app, I cannot raise the complaint about the delay in the order delivery. I ordered it on 1st May and as per the website should be on 02nd May it gets deliver. But until now, No proper response from the customer representative and also there is no option on the app to raise a complaint or do the necessary follow ups. Why do you guys market yourself as best in the business when you cannot keep up to delivery/installation schedules you publish on your websites. Please don’t fool people with your fake promises.

Worst people who don’t even bother to attend the customer for any service. For my ac without attending they are closing the service request, I had raised 5 times and without visiting and solving closing the complaint and with out even calling customer and getting solution and without OTP CLOSING AND IN FUTURE INWILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RELIANCE
