New captain does not know Bangalore, 45 min ride has taken over 2.30 hrs Can’t read maps No idea of address/ locating I wonder how company is hiring such people + without training + basics of delivery services as that’s the business you are in... Before that getting the captain takes ever long, take me 2 days to get 1 captain...... Hope company pulls up or gets out of biz.....
