Disappointed
I gave my 5 new boutique dresses like new but posted only 4 of them and even that was not complete; they did not post a very nice shrug dress and later I got a notification that they donated it, neither have I received any money till now nor any contact number so that I can talk, now I am very disappointed, now I will never send dresses through this app 😡😡😡

IndiaWorst customer service I’ve ever come across
This app only leeches off money but does zero work when there are issues. My items worth over ₹3000 have gone to waste as I sold them to a buyer who raised an issue (people here buy things and raise issues cos they want everything for free) and this app chose to support the buyer without any video proof. It’s been one week and the buyer has not sent my items over for return and when I reach out to customer service, they only apologise by sending automated messages. They want to be like postmark but at least poshmark responds to emails and queries. Horrible experience. Stay away from this app if you don’t want losses
