Worst service
Don’t go for Spinny vehicles, they will sell problematic vehicles. Temporarily they will repair n sell the cars. Post sell their response is too worst. I bought car in March 2024, Post buy in 60 days, 20 days car is in their service centre. No one taking care of it. Don’t waste ur hard earn money.

I purchased car from Spinny everything was good at initially but when I wanted to active fast tag I came to know previous owner fast tag is hot listed and I can’t not active my fast tag until previous owner is not deactivate fast tag I also raised this concern to Spinny but I am not getting any response they always says team is working on it and will update you in 2 days but I never get any call for update I only have to follow up every time and everything some random guy will pick up my call he doesn’t know the issue then again I have to explain everything and what I get answer is will get back to you in 2 days and they never get back to me I did huge mistake and purchased car from Spinny I don’t recommend Spinny to anyone I am not sure even either they have contacted previous owner or not I am not getting any updates Also they have removed my ticket which I have raised through their application This is very serious issue without fast tag you cat go out of your city otherwise you have to pay double the amount for toll also I can not sale this car because customer who will buy this car will face the same problem I really don’t know what to do Please suggest any solution 🙏🏻

I have bought a second hand Baleno from Spinny on the 27th of April. And during the handover of the vehicle we noticed that the side view mirror was not working and the AC cooling was really bad. Sp we raised this issue before taking delivery for which the sales manager promised us that the the issues will be sorted out the very next and promised to fix all of them. The next day I was instructed to raise the ticket on the app so that the warranty team would come and sort the issues. My nightmare started from the very next day. I kept of raising the tickets and even called and the customer care team closed those tickets by evening every day saying I will get a call back from the warranty team. This went on for 7 days and I finally took the car to the nearest workshop. I was delusional to think that they would sort this issue out now, but they said that the part were not available and I had to get the car back after few days. I promptly did take the care back after 3 days and raised all the issues. Now it has been a week and the warranty team have not update r and neither have they repaired the broken side view mirror. Now they are sighting the reason that the central team has not approved the repair and replacement and so they cannot work on it. It has been 20 days since I bought the car and each day from my purchase has been full of trouble. Spinny has the worst coordination and will never care about your problems and issues. I have not yet received my car and I don’t even know what situation it is in. It is pathetic that a customer has to deal with so much trouble after paying for the vehicle. NEVER BUY FROM SPINNY

I don’t recommend Spinny to anyone having had worst experiences. Be it within a month where I had steering wheel issues and later gear box. I had to spend more than a lac to get the vehicle moving. Be careful. Also note I paid premium buying it from Spinny and it’s not worth it.
