Very poor app service and feature.
I wouldn’t recommend taking this machine where I don’t have manual controls like rinsing or spinning separately also App doesn’t works properly, even after showing connected to the device, still doesn’t show all the washing options.
After sales service is like “aapna kaam banta, Bhaad me jaye janta”
For a simple issue I have already registered 2 complaints within 15-20 days for my fully automatic front load washing machine! The 1st time a technician came after 6 days of lodging the complaint and showed his sales skills selling the cleaner pouch to my parents at home! I don’t know what he did but the issue was resolved for 2days! When I lodged the 2nd complaint there is no response from the service agents till date(it’s been 4days!). But I appreciate how the customer service agents have mastered to say “we are sorry for the inconvenience” but totally frustrated of the results as there is none. I also have a Samsung semi automatic washing machine and have never faced such issue. To all the customers reading this, please choose Samsung over IFB appliances. I have been treated like a valued customer at Samsung despite having a very low cost products. At IFB I am just getting arrogant behaviour despite having bought premium products.
Not useful at all
This app need serious development. It can't even do basic things like product registration or address update.
Cannot log in to the app on iPhone even after providing otp or password.
Cannot even log in to the app, error message “Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length” even after providing top or password. I am using iPhone 14 with ios 17.4.1

I can’t login it shows “response could not be serialised “ what i supposed to do i was used many time but today I faced this issue pls help me!!!
Useless app. Not able to sign in
Very bad user experience. Can’t let the user to sign in in the app.
App keeps crashing
Some functions in the washing machine are only available through the app. And when we try to use them, the app keeps crashing. Don’t understand the point of an app if consumer issues can’t be resolved.
