If there was 0 star option i would have given that. FIRST OFF the internet speed is too slow for a 100mbps plan. I recharged my account with a 3 months prepaid plan of 100mbps, but from past 1 month im only abe to receive a speed barely of 8 mbps . The app is simply worst when it comes to handling customer complaints. Even the local executives say that your wire must have a problem everytime i speak to them. I had high hopes from airtel xtream. No customer support..They only diagnose and say that everything is fine where it never is. If this continues people will gradually shift to other internet service providers for sure.
