IndiaPathetic App. Policy due for renewal but not giving option to renew
Policy is due for renewal but neither app nor website is showing option to renew it. Zero usefulness of the app. Called customer care and the executive telling me to visit the branch or buy from some other company. Seriously useless and pathetic ecosystem. And, this is happening when I have 5 policies with HDFC Ergo, will start porting all of them soon.

Why people download your app? To buy new policy? No. HDFC Ergo’s app job should to manage and file claim, and policy ON app. But for everything, it just redirects to browser! This looks like only a sales app. Aditya Birla app was much better. ALSO THERE IS NO FACILITY TO TRACK MY STEP COUNTS FOR THE DISCOUNTS.

Used to use HDFC Ergo app to manage all my cars’ insurance. One day it just stopped and gave me message I have to move to Here app. This app is the most useless app for my insurance needs. Terrible UX and I really do not know how to renew my insurance anymore. Why did they make life so difficult and how did Ergo management let it come to this situation. I am going to move to some other insurance company because of this app. Bring back the old app which was fantastic and served the purpose
