Zero customer support
Have been investing since more than 4 years. Resolution provided by customer support and time take to reply is very very awful. They r bunch of school drop outs who manage customer care who don’t even have a idea of customer portfolios. Been more than a month since raised a issue still it’s pending . Groww is far better from there platform. Please be very be very careful before investing. I am gradually shifting all my investments and SIP. Beware

Hello developers, please show XIRR for unrealised gains which will be helpful to know my return of my current investment. Also, please move total gains and its XIRR into the dropdown section rather than keeping it on top. Instead, move currently invested and unrealised gains and it’s XIRR above dropdown. I’m not interested to see total gains and it’s XIRR by default, rather it should be a choice and should be brought down to the drop down section. Please do this in your next update. ET money do not have proper customer care support. Should have customer representatives whom we can talk over a voice call. Currently it’s annoying to drop a help request. Problems do not get resolved the way we want. Annoying… Also, Genius subscription push notifications are too much within the app. Want to get rid of it. Older versions where a list of various investment categories was shown in the dashboard was good than now having floating perpendicular summary. Want to see old version.

Pros- started off great with decent mutual fund houses and provided baseline tracker to understand fund performances, seamless investments from registered bank Cons- Hidden charges while transacting, use CAMS report to know what you paid extra for. They have a messy system for withdrawal, they have lost trail of funds from two mutual fund houses in the past for me only to find them later after a lengthy process. Customer service for withdrawal is pathetic. Their genius subscriptions is below par and the metrics they use for selling fund houses is candy bait. The sales transformation of this company has killed their initial product. Use a different product. Poor external fund tracking.

App serve the purpose of investment. However, their Customer support doesn’t help in resolving issues, rather ask customers to work directly with Fund houses for any corrections. Being Genius member, didn’t help much to get the attention. Started moving investments to other platforms. Suggest to stay away!
