I feel duped by this Matrimony Bazaar now changed the name to Wedding Bazaar to hide their historic reviews. I have detailed my grievance below I was told that I was to pay Rs. 10000 for becoming an MB (now WB) partner in order to get bridal orders from Bharath matrimony clients. I countered his offer saying that in a place like Electronic City, there are not many bridal leads for clothing/ stitching. But he looked up to your tools and said there are 70 leads per month on an average in this area. I was skeptical but got convinced with the promise of refund if I didn’t get any leads in 1 yearAll this happened 2 months before the COVID lockdown. In these 2 months I hardly got any leads, I followed up with every lead that was sent to me, but they were at least 20-30 km away. No one wants to travel so far. In this period I was getting good bridal order from my local clients but none of the leads from MB (now WB)were materialised due to distance. I have been raising this concern to their executives, however they seemed helpless and they said they won’t be able to refund my 10000 which is with them unused as a single lead is not materialised
