Retailers can track the progress of these targets from the retailer app. - Automated tier management would ensure that the retailer's tiers are upgraded or downgraded based on set criteria. The retailers would also have a view on the progress made against the next tier that they are eligible to be upgraded into. - Salesperson would now be able to view an outlet's loyalty profile which would in turn make it easier for them to educate the retailers on the loyalty program.
