Uno is a new version of InstaInsure Pro & Agent Service app and unified public access platform for Niva Bupa Field Force team and Guest users i.e. Sales People public access. This is a platform where Niva Bupa Sales people can review all the necessary information and can access all the systems on Single platform. There are 4 major system functionalities are incorporated with Single Sign on. Agents/Employees/Guest Users can access the following modules of Niva Bupa through UNO Application. 1. InstaInsure Pro – Under this module, users will be access all the functionalities of Instainsure Pro application i.e. Agent On Boarding, Agent Dashboard, Premium Calculators, Templates, Communication, Renewal cards, Claims Status, Policy documents and Agent documents, Branches, Hospitals list etc. 2. Spectrum – This module will give the access of All Business Reports i.e. New Business/Renewal Reports, Commissions, Agent Documents, Forms & Brochures, Renewal Links etc. 3. Sales Activity Management (MIDAS) - Add Business Lead, Add Recruitment Lead, Schedule Branch Visit, Schedule Call/F2F Meeting, Add JWF with Agents, Track Upcoming Meetings/Events, Employee Dashboard etc. 4. Public access - Guest Users can calculate premium and see available product details.

This is the most irritating app I have ever used in my life. Pata nahi kis chutiye ne banai hai ye app, after verifying fingerprint/FaceID, it still ask for credentials 🤦🏻♂️ So, what’s the use of verifying Fingerprint/FaceID. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
App is not working in my iphone 14 plus
When we open this app nd login my agent id nd then we click log new policy option ofter this app is not working page is open but we not scroll it up nd down.

What the use of “Face ID” or “Fingerprint Authentication” when in the second step, it asks for UserID and Password 🤦🏻♂️ Rest, app is good and helpful.
Not for iPhone users
NIVA Bupa is not responding yet to the features related issues. No care is taken for the disability in output to majority of the features available and always there arises a message stating presently not able to generate the report.
Most unsupportive app to advisors
Many features are shown in the app which never work. For example the claim reports do not show the required settlement voucher nor the reasons for denial of claim. No documents appear.
