Stopped working on all mobile devices on the 01/02/24
There was an update three days prior to this but there was no issue until the 01/02/24. Now only parts of the App are displayed (bills & payment have disappeared completely)

Rubbish service and customer relations
In my experience Sky service and customer relations are rubbish. No elaboration needed. Only way to get attention from them is to cancel payment method! Long live power of the people.

It almost never works properly. Most of the time it hangs and shows you a blank screen. When it does work it feels like all that sky want to do is sell me stuff... I need to scroll and click past a ton of "Find out more about this service/offer"... I just want to check my bill...

Irrelevant to customers in Ireland
Sadly, the VIP feature of the app is irrelevant to Customers in Ireland: list of rewards are from companies in the UK and the tiles in the app are unclickable. Additionally, I cannot open my invoices in the app. Finally, there is no contact information available to Customer Service other than an unresponsive chatbot.
