Inflexible
Great for limiting and monitoring the time my son spends on the internet on the iPad however when he goes to bed and we want to switch it over so the adults can use it simply doesn't work. Ended up deleting it

Worked fine for a time; interface is good but it simply doesn’t load half the time now. Very annoying when you have a kid looking for an extra 10 minutes and you can’t get in. Very poor from sky. Must do better.

IrelandConstantly Freezing/Glitching
This app worked really well when I first installed it but in recent weeks it has been more bother than it’s worth. I keep having to delete it and reinstall it. Sometimes it glitches when I’ve got devices paused and I have to go through the whole rigmarole again just to access the device I need. It’s a great concept and very user friendly but it’s just not functioning for me unfortunately and I had to change/upgrade my Sky subscription to access the service. It’s very disappointing.

Don’t know why all the negative reviews, unless they are from the kids, as this app does everything I need to control kids access to devices and check content.
