SafeRoadsPH – Drivers’ Online Learning System is a mobile native application that provides theoretical training modules, assessment and examination for Student Permit and Driver's License Renewal Applicants. The system facilitates a comprehensive training program including registration, payment, and Driving School (DS) affiliation making it an all-in-one solution for the Online Theoretical Driving Course Program and the Online Driver's Enhancement Program.

Student and Driving School Registration. Allows the Student Drivers and Driving Schools to create their own account with unique username and password with facial recognition capability operating on a business-to-business platform.

Asynchronous Course Delivery. Student drivers can go through the training modules at their own pace, enabling them to have a comprehensive approach in learning.

Focused Learning. Viewing of topics is done in chronological order arranged by module. For the initial viewing of the topics, video is locked and could not be forwarded to make sure that the student applicants go through the whole video.

Progress Monitoring. The system monitors all the activities of every student together with the date, time and duration they took the assessment quiz and course examination. The students can view their progress in their account dashboard.

Assessment Quizzes and Examination. The system automatically and randomly generates quizzes in multiple choice format after the completion of every topic to ensure that the students fully understand the topic. 

Self-assessment and Follow-through. Students can review the video and retake quizzes as many times as needed, in the event that they are unable to pass the topic assessment quiz. They cannot move on to the next topic without passing the topic assessment quiz.
Payment Facility. Students and Driving School can easily pay their fees thru several popular payment channels.

Certificate of Completion. After watching all the topics and having passed the assessment quizzes and course examination, an electronic certificate is generated as proof of completion of the SaferoadsPH - D.O.L.S. - Online Course. A unique QR Code is also generated and incorporated with the certificate containing encrypted data which may be used to verify the Certificate’s authenticity. 

System Availability and Customer Support. Redundancy configurations and replications to different geographic locations to ensure 99% system availability. Customer chat support is available 24/7 thru the integration with our automated ticketing/service request application.

Driving School Dashboard/Control Panel. All affiliate Driving Schools will have their own dashboard/control panel. Functionalities such as profile set-up, submission of documents, uploading and editing of course payment matrix are fully automated. Student enrollment, monitoring of course progress, verification and printing of Certificate of Completion for students are also included in the functionalities of every DS control panel.
