Glad I switched
I was a bit apprehensive about switching as I’d always been with EE before and orange before that. I never had an issue with them or their signal, the prices were just getting ridiculous. I’d never really heard good things about Three (who Honest use to piggy back on) but to my surprise after doing a speed test where their signal was strongest, I was pulling in over 750mb! They do have a bit of work to do with 5G, where you would expect to get it like a city centre where I live, it was spotty at best. Overall though I’m happy with it. More importantly switching has reduced my phone bill by more than 50% and even more when the loyalty bonuses increase. If Honest Mobile keeps to their word and makes some more innovative moves as they have even doing, they’ll be poaching customers left right & centre.
New version
I know the app is a totally new version, but it seems to have been released without thorough testing, much of it doesn’t seem to work as it should.
Nothing works 👎🏻
I had done my port more than a month ago and it still shows the old number in the app. I cannot change any setting by myself, I’ll always have to contact support. They seem to don’t care about it at all.
Honestly not bad?
Block content can’t be saved or changed on the app, I had to contact someone about it. Also, I wouldn’t mind being able to see my data usage… can’t change the sim nickname? It’s very very basic… customer service ain’t bad, only available in certain times. Which is fine I suppose?
