Why do I have to keep logging on?

Since an update I have to relogin in every time using the app, so I have to reset all the settings etc, why do this? And there is no option to stay logged in!

Logs out daily!

It used to work fine until a few weeks ago, probably the most recent update. Now I have to log in every day. Very inconvenient. It used to keep me logged in. Now, each day, I have to close the app down, re-open the app and log in from scratch. Also, each day when I log in it loses my do not disturb setting and I have to go back into settings and turn it on. All previous reviews that mention these problems have a generic response from the developers asking for a personal message by email. It’s not an individual personal issue. It’s an App issue. PLEASE FIX THIS NEW BUG. Thank you. Update: interesting how the developer’s response to my review is dated from two years ago!

Terrible app and it has got worse

Constantly logs me out so I can’t answer the phone, an update made it worse. Even BT helpline admit it’s rubbish. Impossible to rely on for my business!!

FAULT WITH APP

We are being continuously logged out and missing important business calls we still receive calls on the app but they come up as ‘unknown’ when answered the caller cannot hear anything, we have to log back in to the app for it to work

Logged out !

If you don’t use the app within a time scale you’ll have to log in … every single time ! There is no option to remain logged in and no option to save your username and password for faster access . It is so antiquated and not been thought through . All to encourage you to buy their own Bt digital landline phone for £70 . Even Sky hubs will allow any landline phone to be plugged into the router to make internet langline calls . Really unimpressed with BT .

Been using this for about 3 weeks not impressed tbh. The app asks me to login, which when I tap on login, won’t let me do. I’ve removed the app and reset and it works for a few days, then again stops working and I have to go through the same procedure again. All i want to do is view calls missed, maybe I’m doing something wrong 🤨
