Could be great
So despite following the instructions for a registered user it was very hard to log in. It took lots of attempts and was very frustrating (possibly made worse by me having an account with a service not in my area as had been recommended .. but that’s another story). I did get in eventually but I tried to get app support. App support takes you to liftango website but it seems you have to sign up and log in to get support, unless I’m mistaken. I eventually found somewhere I could send an email but have never heard back ( I think it was an unmonitored account). Once you get past that hurdle it’s not bad. You have to be prepared to play about with time because it’s so hard to get a ride. It’s good that your ride goes in a calendar and you get notifications. I thought I would be able to track the bus but last time I tried it didn’t seem possible. Will try that again. This app could be really good but signing up/ in is very difficult.
