I have been using the app for a number of years and even though it has been fine when I recently switched cars on the apps, I am now getting parking tickets even though there was a active parking pass for the month and the car reg was showing. If you pay for a service and use the app how it is supposed to, then why get tickets? Be careful as the app is not suitable to use! This is being reported to complaints and the financial conduct authority

After the app has fumbled yet another auto parking session, NCP have disabled my account. The chat function given to resolve the issue does not work. It just freezes in the app and doesn’t allow you to chat. For the amount you guys charge you should get a better app developer.

Downloaded this app to take advantage of MUCH cheaper parking rates (really annoys me that rates are cheaper by app - feels like a rip-off for those not paying by app). But I’ve never been able to use the app. Despite trying 6 times with 2 different cards to register a payment card it consistently returns an error message and the card remains unregistered. A frustrating annoying experience. There is no excuse for an app to be this poor. The app is being deleted and I’ll park at a non-NCP car park. If the Devs or NCP are reading this please don’t suggest I contact you to resolve. I won’t.
