Why do you have to log in so many times to complete a transaction? It was saying my password was wrong, even though I had just logged in? Go back to the old way it was much better before the update

Studio claim they have made making payments easier but the haven’t. Now instead of clicking on account and then make a payment you now have to go to Studio pay which then makes you log in again even though you have logged in once already. What used to take a couple of minutes now takes longer. Also Studio itself is nowhere near as good. What has happened to the Studio brand? Too many clothes and sports brands. Price hikes and so far the summer stuff is rubbish. Used to buy two packs of Studio shorts for summer. *Studio please go back to how you used to be*. I am paying what I owe off and then leaving. TEMU and SHEIN are better AND you can use Clearpay and avoid the high interest that Studio charges.

Been with Studio over 30 years! What’s gone wrong. Only email for offers. No customer service/care on existing items ordered. 6 weeks for a TV 12 different dates. PATHETIC
