Not sold a single thing
Professional seller here, with immaculate photos and detailed item descriptions. Not only is there no “like” feature to see what items sellers are interested in, there’s no feature to negotiate on price. So I’ve had 20+ items on there since October and nothing has sold. Will be deleting once the seller fees kick in.

I was scammed out of £10 never sent the dress and no way to get a refund heard nothing back from seller and no way to report or make a claim, would not recommend as no insurance policy that people send the items of clothing i wouldn’t say anyone has thought this through fully.

It’s good that it matches to the product on plt so u know u found what u were looking for but a lot of the time seller doesn’t upload image of the actual current quality of the item so buying blind, also plt messed up the size and now I can’t get a refund, also can’t see when seller was last active so want to buy something but no response stick to vinted or Depop.

Not sure why anyone would use this? It’s like Vinted but people list items that are actually More expensive to buy brand new on the PLT website.

I paid for 2 sresses from different sellers, havent received an update after 6 days so messaged both sellers individually, no response after 2 days, i emailed PLT Marketplace to get my money back but not heard from anyone and its been 4 days, dont bother with this app im very disappointed.

Terrible app! Ordered two things from there paid through PayPal. Never received both the items had to get in touch with PayPal to get my money back! Too much hassle. Recommend Vinted such a better app.
