Frustrated by the lack of Appple Pay I’ve deleted the app. Otherwise it was brilliant.

Payments, balance, returns are hopeless. The app is very basic and not fit for purpose. I won’t buy from here again because of this.

I’ve been a very satisfied customer of La Redoute for decades now. Customer service has always been very good. Delivery can be slower than what you’re probably used to, but it’s hardly at a snail’s pace, but in these times it’s not as quick as many others. The app doesn’t match the same standard as the company though, sometimes when I click on a category the page doesn’t show anything and just blank, only today I clicked on the ‘big sale’ banner on the home page and nothing showed but a blank page.
