The WCP mobile app complements the Welsh Clinical Portal secondary-care application, which is used by hospital staff in providing care to over 370,000 patients each month across Wales. Its primary original purpose was to notify new pathology, radiology and other results for patients added to your watchlist, and also allow patients to be located within secondary care locations.

Doesn’t work most of the times. Full of bugs and very limited functionality when works. Not sure when last updated.
