MS Connections™ is a support programme that empowers MS patients to take control of the tracking of their condition and monitor any changes.

Useful features:

•	Easily monitor MS symptoms such as pain, energy levels, mobility and sleep quality
•	Keep track of your injection sites and any side effects 
•	Play helpful brain training games and monitor progress over time 
•	Access useful articles and videos from the MS community, and advice about how to manage your fatigue 
•	Instructional ‘How to Inject’ prescribed medication video
•	Keep track of doctor and nurse appointments with reminders
