Absolute disaster - messages unreadable
Not able to read the messages in the maintenance section. Code lines appear instead of words. Never seen anything like this. Also avoid foxtons at all costs - they are an absolute nightmare to deal with - unresponsive and expensive - terrible customer service / support

This app clearly doesn’t work. I can’t even log on. ‘Forgot password’ also errors. How is it even allowed be on the App Store for so long? Own goal by Foxtons; remove it to preserve your reputation……

It's astonishing how little a company can care about an app they brazenly advertise on the website. I've just moved to a new house and during the online process I was redirected to this app multiple times with a big red button. Obviously, after pver a year, the same exact bugs and issues exist. Please hire a new app team who know what they're doing. And possibly a new graphic designer.
Can't login
Can't login in the app, reinstalling the app hasn't helped. Forgot the password flow is not working either
