Bad reviews??
I was worried when I read some of the reviews saying this app was hard to set up. I had no issues all information was in place only took a couple of minutes to set up.
Truly Appalling App
Downloaded and tried registering. There is a major issue with selecting day, month and year for Date of Birth. Having read all the associated comments it is clear that there is a fundamental issue with the app and that Saga are aware of this issue. To allow this to persist and achieve so a low app score from a major insurer tells you all you need to know. Really poor!
Waste of time
App will not load my products. Sent multiple emails to saga with no response at all
Oops !
Having taken out a home insurance policy a week ago l am still unable to view my policy documents on this app. Every time I tap on My Products it says “Oops something went wrong please try again later“ I have left feedback but still no reply. Sorry Saga but not good enough !
