I give it 5 stars because it is a useful tool that help Deaf people be more independent in our lives. It allows us communicate with important individuals such as GPs or school staff for urgent calls. Relay makes it possible and easy for us, and I’m immensely grateful for it as it has evolved from typetalk to smartphones. The people in the middle who relay for us are fast at typing, transparent and friendly. I use it almost everyday and will continue to do so. Thank you! Little faulty is the typing repeating itself, for example, if I type ‘thank you so much,’ it automatically repeats as ‘thank you so much much muc muc muc much’ that’s all apart it little faulty that service is fantastic thank you
