I really love this game as it has so many unique features but my only problem is that i can’t log back in. I’ve been playing on a tablet and when i tried to login on my phone it says that my user or password is incorrect. However when I try on my tablet it works. I don’t know why but it just won’t link on my phone which is a shame. Id rather play mobile so I might just quit.

Hello. It is march and I am still on the Christmas update and I have missed up on other updates. I really like this game and I would have given it 5 stars if it updated properly. It also won’t let me manually update it. This is my favourite game. Could you please sort it out for me? Thank you

the game is good. i like the theme to it and this game is what got me into runner games like this again. the art is great and i really appreciate the open customization that allow you to mix and match outfits. however this can also make it a bit pay to win. also you cant change the character you play as but thats not big deal for me. the gameplay is fast and fun although each time on travel its the same levels over and over. this gets boring with the repetitive grind you need for gold to get better weapon. thats unless you pay real money which make bit unfair. i do understand game has to make money though. but each level is same every time would be cool if was random and variation. also it doesnt hvae much freedom in the game. each level is just that level and if you dont follow exact same thing you do every time then you die. i like how this game is with health because is balanced : you get health at checkpoint but if you jump off platform you lose all health and die. overall is pretty good and more hardcore alternative to brim and would keep playing. as i say travel does get bit boring when you have to grind so much on it and the level is same which is what drag the game down to four star. still fun for now.

The game is absolutely great! Ive bought battles passes and few outfits too, so I did spend a bit of money on this game and I don’t regret it. But today I accidentally logged myself out and now I can’t log back in due to the fact I do not remember my account username. I try using the QnA but there wasn’t any information about forgetting your username/password. I really hope you could ge back to me and hopefully help me with logging back in.😭😅
