The standby menu
I really really want to love the game, but there’s too many menu options when at the starting screen. Shop, map, pocket pass, tasks, trucks, modify, city, refill, finish, free and offer all taking up ALOT of the screen. Simplify or put all of them in a separate menu that is one button away. You don’t see tiny tower vegas with a heap of buttons round its hotel.

EDIT: this randomly started working for me when I tried it 2 days later. Let’s start by saying the UI is terrible, 11 big icons constantly on the screen and a huge banner in the middle. You’re left with a ‘U’ shape in which to see the actual game, much worse than what the screenshots show. One of the daily tasks is to watch 5 adverts, shameful. Like another reviewer, I also get a blank screen that says SCREEN NAME at the top, a back button, and settings button. The rest is just a solid blue screen, and then some small infos at the bottom (cities unlocked, keys, info). Clicking some of these buttons can take me to other screens but then there’s no way to get out of them. I’ve restarted the app several times, restarted phone and reinstalled the app, but just a blank screen every time. I then thought it may be my AdGuard DNS causing issues, so disabled that and still didn’t work. very disappointing. I’m on iOS 17.4, iPhone 14 Pro Max.

It still puzzles me that the map claims to be a “WORLD MAP” when it doesn’t include anywhere outside the Contiguous United States. But the gameplay is good, if slightly repetitive. Currently level 126. Maybe we will get to travel abroad soon!

Have to zoom out every time to route trucks, so why not have the map more zoomed out by default. This will only get more annoying as you buy more trucks. Also ads keep not being ready/ not loading, but not issue in other games. So can’t get the rewards for no reason. Got a campaign mission to do with “parts” but have not seen this or had it explained anywhere. Not indication of what to actually do. Assume it’s on trucks detail screen, but nothing there except upgrade and paint.
