Fantastic game with some very interesting words that I have never heard about. Which is very knowledgeable to know for future references. That is why I gave it a good rating

There are obvious differences which are obviously not possible to replicate on an app from the original. What annoys me most are irritating nuances, like when you get a word as long as the computer has offered and it always mentions its own offering as the longest word possible????? Or when neither (myself or the computer) gets the conundrum, it states I (just me!)has not been successful. That computer never fails to misspell a word at any level?. These can be discouraging to people on lower levels. Not me 😁
United KingdomDeleted due to frustration. Needs updating badly.
Ended up deleting this out of frustration. Too many words “not found in dictionary” that I 100% know are there. In addition the randomness of letter selections seems to have disappeared. I regularly have selections of 3 of the same vowels and 3 of the same consonants in a 9 letter selection. I’ve even seen 4 of the same consonants. You simply wouldn’t get this normally.

This could be so much better, but almost every letter round, you get duplicate letters. It is constant, and more often than not you get. Ore than one set of duplicate letters, and often triple letters. It really should not happen that often. It has been the case since I started playing . Also, the computer on hard mode is odd on the numbers game. Fails to solve simple solutions, but manages to solve really obscure ones. Not really reflecting reality.

I have done this a few times and it won’t register on the achievements. The game works well enough but not been improved for years. Would love all the suggestions as in a ‘not written down’ button and how great to be an on line version, able to play others. But I guess that’s never going to happen.

It’s not quite the same as watching on the television with a trusty notepad and pen, and the numbers round takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s great practice and the different format makes your brain work in a slightly different way, which can only be a good thing. I usually pick the ‘hard’ setting, or occasionally ‘expert’ if I want to destroy my self-confidence (although I have beaten it once!)

I really like this game but think it could be improved. I’ve noticed in the numbers game I can’t make two separate calculations and then multiply or divide the two numbers. It would also be nice if practice mode had an option for a longer countdown clock. I think this would allow people to develop their skills more quickly.
