The billing shows higher delivery charge . But the actual invoice post payment is lower sometimes by 2 pound less ! Which are refunded if questioned !! This has been going on since two years at least .

Great app & idea but it really does need some changes now. More chefs/cooks need to be brought onboard & the app needs some modifications where you can amend your order whether that be date or dishes even if it’s just up until a certain deadline maybe 48hrs notice!

I was missing an item, I was only offered credit. I requested to have a refund for the item and they have ignored me. I shall not be using this shoddy service again

App seems to have minimal user testing. Users menus regularly fail to load. Support chat window is overlayed by keyboard so you can’t see what to type. Messages get deleted if you choose the wrong reply response. Payment methods fail. States support available but leads to a form.

What a great idea - I’m always on the lookout for new food that’s not fast food and this app is great as it lets me pre-order dinner/ lunch for the whole week from different places. As I WFH this really has helped me switch things up a bit and all the prices are super reasonable!

Came across this innovative platform through one of my friends. It was very satisfying experience. Specialised dishes prepared by chefs. I will give full points for taste, quantity, packing and presentation. Delivery was on time. I would certainly recmmend.
