A little clanky
The app is easy to use and I was able to set up my LISA really easily. The app is a little clanky at times though. Sometimes I have to log in 4 times before it actually logs me in, and when making bank transfers it usually freezes on the page before I get to my bank so I have to restart it -which is a little frustrating and makes me worried that some day I will just be locked out completely with no access to my money :/

I cannot change my payment amount making my goals difficult, please fix this, Ive been using this app for two years nearly and its gone downhill
Useless
Cannot log in, cannot change amount or date of direct debits, can’t even move my money into another account. Sort it out.
Unable to login
Trying to set up a LISA before the deadline but whenever I try to login an error occurs after inputting the code sent via email. Despite multiple attempts I’m unable to login. I will be using another provider at this rate.
Terrible
Literally spent weeks researching what lifetime ISA to go for. Downloaded this terrible app just now. It is useless. Webchat just asks you to email them. Webchat didn’t even work & took several attempts to even let me type. Wants to connect to my bank account, have done so multiple times & alledgedly have had success notification and still the app asks me to connect to bank account. I don’t like the fact you have to connect to my bank account for a start but trusted you yet you can’t even actually facilitate it. I am sorry but if you cannot even have a basic user experience sorted from the get go I am done, you can’t have my money. Will be closing this account if I can figure out how to on this useless app.
