New UK rules mean you cant use this app to trade crypto, that included the grid trading bots. The app wont tell you this untill you transfer money to it then try to make a bot! Then you have to pay a high fee to transfer your couns back out again!

I wanted to upgrade to lvl 2 verification and for some reason it didnt like my face and blacklisted me and perma banned me with 500$ on my ac. No way to acess it and dead silence from the side of pionex. I Do NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
