Your personal data that we know is only limited to your personal details like names, address, postcode or when you use our app or payments. Getting started is as simple as downloading our app, filling in your information, providing KYC documents, and receiving your local account details, and taking advantage of the opportunity of sending money locally and internationally in a seamless, swift, and safe manner.
Security
On selecting the sign-in option you’re presented with a screen showing your user name and password. Next to the password input is the ‘show password’ option which I think could be a serious security breach. This means that if anyone has your phone they could open the app and immediately have access to your password and even do more if they have you PIN. In other words the app does not secure your password. I hope something will be done soon. This is still a security issue. Please address

Bad customer service
I had issues with my transactions to Nigeria on 2 different occasions one of it the recipients didn’t receive the funds. I emailed the customer till today not a response from them. I wish I could give 0 star
Very reliable
The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Transactions are secure and fast, and the app provides real-time updates on the status of transactions.
Exceptional
I had an exceptional experience opening an account. The interface is really clean and simple to use. I love that I can exchange and send currencies through it. It’s so much easier having everything in one place, it’s made managing my finances easier and stress free.
