Log in issues
There seems to be a glitch where every couple of weeks it doesn’t like to let you log in, and then Suddenly start working again.

My company used reward gateway for our benefits scheme and I really wish they hadn’t changed! There were (literally) 100’s of retailers to choose from and BYond doesn’t even have ‘dozens’ and what retailers they do have, offer much less cashback than I’m used to. Also had to pay £5 for a card, whereas with reward gateway, you just clicked and the purchase tracked. Feel like I’ve wasted £5 and will be encouraging my company to switch back. Save your £5, don’t apply for the card!!!

I’m not sure how you create such an awful user experience. It’s difficult to sign in, it forgets your password and user name but also has strict rules about passwords which makes your password unmemorable and your user name different to your email address so also unmemorable. Face ID works for a bit then stops working so you have to go back round the password reset and remind me of my user name loop. When scrolling through retailers it regularly freezes and kicks you out of the app. Things that are so easy to fix, most apps have a really straight forward sign in process which is compatible with apple password manager, just do that. And fix the bug that makes it freeze. Think this company needs to invest in an app development team with a bit more experience.

The app is incredibly unstable on my iPhone 12 Pro. Trying to filter searches crashes the all. It's extremely inconvenient that I get signed out every time i close the app. Graphics are awful and not up to the standard of similar apps on the market. Please spend more time developing this app as its unusable at its current state.

FaceID does not work on my ipad. I have been in touch with customer services for months now and they either don’t fix anything when they do reply, or don’t reply in the first place
