Doesn’t remember where you last were in episode

Doesn’t keep track of where you last stopped watching! Every time I close the app I have to make a mental note of where I was, then skip to it when I open it again. Surely that is a bare minimum requirement for a streaming service?

Poorly developed App

Great to finally watch Outlander but I often jump between the tv and the app on my phone. The whole programme is completely useless at keeping track of which episode you are on and where you are. Before I turn it off I have to make a mental note of what I am watching. It also loses the setting of subtitles every time you turn it off. No continuity. Really annoying.

Series won’t download

Purchased the app to watch the next season of power book two. Cannot download the episodes as I keep getting an error “failed to download” have deleted and reinstalled the app but the same persistent message. Will be cancelling this subscription at the first opportunity

As much as this app has great content, the download feature is a joke. I can watch a couple of downloaded episodes of a series then all of a sudden it fails to download episodes. And once it fails to download it won’t let you download the episode again. I tend to watch most of the content whilst on the move so if this isn’t sorted by the next payment date I won’t be renewing.
