Worst app ever
Just as useless as Sum Up itself. Can’t even see the breakdown of each sell on the pie chart. Just use the website version

As useless as the customer service. Doesn’t work, shows incorrect data all the time. Now it won’t even let me log in. Sum up really need to sort their stuff out or we won’t be using them another year.
Probably the worst payment pos we could have picked
Their ads are great. But the service is as bad as this app. Broken. Unfixed for 3 years and a waste of energy to chase it down to see it fixed. Avoid. Bad communication and shocking lack of after care to follow up on even things like upgrading an account to take voucher payments. We literally want to spend more money but their team are lazy to get back. 0/5 stars in my view. But I can only go one star.
Horrendously bad
Would give 0 stars if I could. Run a small restaurant and it’s so problematic. Support team are slow and ineffective. Took over an hour on the phone to support when I had printer problems and they told me that it was probably due to the weather. Avoid at all costs. I am looking to swap immediately and spend a little more money but have reassurance that I’ll get paid for the food we serve

Keeps freezing and giving a white screen. Have to delete app and reinstall to make it work.
