The local FusionHome app (app for short) is a mobile phone app that locally communicates with the SUN2000L over WiFi to allow for querying alarms, configuring parameters, and performing routine maintenance, and commissioning.
How can Huawei not have a developer?
This app is the only interface to the inverter and it is quite horrible. I can’t download logs on iPhone. All the issues previous people have said are valid. Have to be on the inverters wifi. No features like MQTT to tie into smart homes. Quiet sad!
Please make better for iOS
Make this better for iOS , the previous review from May 20 sums up all the issues.
Disappointing
The menus are okay but the apple version of the app only shows one string which is just terrible! Also we shouldn’t have to be logged on to the same network to see our data.
Disappointing app for iPhone
As the person’s review of May 20, the app only shows 1 string. Huawei please review your material and make it available to iPhones
Repairs Required... Needs update
We cross-checked the Sun2000 inverter app on both the iphone and a Samsung phone The iphone version does not work properly... iPhone does not show more that one string of panels. We have 3 string of panels, but the show correctly on the Samsung phone. The iphone version does not display the daily wattage collected where the Samsung version does. So there is no way to see the weekly numbers or a breakdown of the month’s collection. It seems silly that we have to log into the app each time every time we want to see our Sun2000 inverter numbers. We should in the future be allowed to access our data via the cloud. The reason I say this is that the Sun2000 inverter is already logged into the internet via one’s home network. So it should be possible for Huawei to offer this. Hopefully there is a person from Huawei checking the feedback section here…
