The app has been reliable for me in these early months of EV ownership. I have also found that co-op charging stations are not always perfect, but that co-op is attending to and repairing those problem chargers.

CanadaUnable to sign up
In the mobile app, I get an error saying that an account already exists, but I’m sure that this is incorrect. On web I try to sign up but the CAPTCHA verification fails every time. I’d love to sign up for this service but it seems very broken.
