Should preface this by saying I am a TELUS employee and was super excited to use this service. I have literally been waiting 2 weeks to start a new prescription because the folks here are unable to follow instructions. I made a simple request and have been waiting on the request to be processed, patiently…today I attempted to submit the request again and I get a call that I have to call them and provide a CC # over the phone, which I al not comfortable doing. Why can I not pay securely online like I have in the past? I am giving these folks til the end of the day to get it right before I move back to a traditional Pharmacy.
