Can’t get data
I haven’t been able to get data since July 2023. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled over ten times. I’ve given up. This app is useless.
MyAir should share data with Apple Health
MyAir takes data from AppleHealth to share wth you in the app, but doesn't share your CPAP data's with Apple. That sucks because I would like Apple and other apps to help me analyze all my data. It's pretty easy for MyAir to share data. Just do it.
Where's the DATA?
I was looking forward to seeing some granular data on my sleep every night. Instead we're presented with basically a gamified number system that doesn't really tell us much. Can there be an "advanced" mode option that gives us the nuts and bolts data we'd like to see? I know the machine collects it, why can't we see it?
No direct contact for support
The app support function only allows predetermined queries and answers. The big problem with this approach is that a lot of people have other problems, but they don’t offer any direct contact. This is lazy marketing.
Not sure what the point of this app is
There is nothing more than how much time using the machine. It boggles my mind how inept some of these apps are. It literally does nothing, but help you setup the machine. The info provided on your sleep is empty calories, and a monumental waste of time. I fail to see how this can properly inform a user on anything but them still being alive. Absolutely a pathetic fail.
