Continuing to build on the Niagara Health Navigator, Niagara Health will be releasing the Appointment Manager App. Integrating with the Niagara Health Navigator and the Ontario trusted account, Niagara Health will be providing the capability for patients to have access to their appointments at Niagara Health including confirmation, remote registration and check-in. Our first release of this app will provide this access to patients at Niagara Health with Ultrasound Appointments at our Greater Niagara General Hospital site (GNG) Thanks to Savience for helping us continue our mission of improving access to patient care.

Text message sent from health system regarding appts and urging me to use app, downloaded app filled in everything as required and then registered as it said instead of going to hospital registration, sat for 50 minutes waiting to be called for MRI to find out they don’t even know I’m there, app says registration is confirmed, hospital staff says the app isn’t working??? Phoned the support number on app and got answering machine, go old school route and register in person, this app is garbage
Doesn’t work
Firstly, this is a fussy app to use. Second, once I got it to work, it didn’t. When I arrived at the hospital for checkin, I kept getting an error message that I wasn’t in the correct location, even when I standing by the actual checkin desk.
Does not work. No support.
Can log in now but appointments can double book. Information does not transfer to hospital. Location function fails. Emails to Support are neither answered nor acknowledged.
Terrible
Cannot use it, as you need to be a member of a traditional financial institution to be verified. No Credit unions or any other way to set up your account with this app, or the Niagara Health app. The suggest the Verify Me app, but that also uses only traditional banks as verification. Ridiculous that there is no other way to be verified.
