Slow withdrawls
Overall this app isn’t bad - the game selection is half decent but they could use more bonus buy slots…my issue it with their withdrawl system as from Thursday-Sunday they do not process withdrawls but instead allow patrons to reverse their withdrawl requests. You should have an option to opt out of this like on so many other apps, as once you win and want to withdrawl you don’t then get sucked back in and lose whatever you may have won. I won a decent amount and have had my account verified - my withdrawl sat in “reverse” status for about 36 hours before is went to pending and its now been 24 hours as pending for a simple interact transfer. I even inquired at the 36 hour mark and was told funds wiuld hit my account wihtin the next 24 hours, only to find that didnt happen. When I inquired again they said funds would hit my account in the next 30 hours, making it a thursday…I am concerned it wont get processed now because its a thursday. Withdrawls for verified accounts should not take 72 hours to process for an e-transfer. I understand banks holding funds sometimes, but that typically doesnt happen with an e-transfer. Certainly disappointed with JackPot City here. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience

I deposited my money, 95$, and they doubled it for a “reward” and I got $190 and thought it was great (it ended up not being) so after a couple of days of playing blackjack, I get to $900 (okay great) so when I try to cash out, and they wouldn’t let me, I see that there’s a thing called “play though” I didn’t know what that meant, so I contacted support, and the only way to contact them was to email them (other then being super slow) they reply, and not even to answer my question but to tell me they couldn’t find my account. I doubled checked my account, surely enough it’s the email I have with my account, but after a couple back and fourth (and a couple of days mind you) they just email me saying their closing my query. And after searching it on the internet the term “play through” is pretty much saying I have to lose $1300 before I can cash out, and even after I got to that point , they kept raising it. And then inevitably I lost it all. Such a scam,DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, cause you will be giving it to them, even if you win. 0/5 stars if I could.
