Decent game selection, antiquated withdrawal system
I would give this casino 4* if it wasn’t for the withdrawal system, which harks back to 1924 more so than 2024. Pros: - really good game selection with a nice mix of game providers - some unique slot games that I haven’t seen anywhere else - navigation is simple - no menus that are difficult to find or links for things like responsible gaming embedded in pages. Cons: - The withdrawal process is the big problem with this casino. For one, you cannot decide how you receive your payment. The casino automatically assigns your withdrawal to the payment method(s) you’ve used in the past. This is currently the problem I’m facing with a withdrawal - they are trying to send the bulk of my withdrawal to an account that is closed and that I haven’t used the whole year to deposit money into the casino account. I also removed that account from my payment methods to try to avoid this situation but that certainly didn’t help. AND I contacted their customer service the day I requested the withdrawal to point this out. 6 days later and I’m told a portion of my withdrawal was reject - but they never bothered to contact me. There’s no reason why, in 2024, this one casino cannot move its payment system in this century like LITERALLY every other online casino. - The user experience design is ancient. Looks and feels very 1990s. One particular point of contention is that I have to flip my phone into landscape mode for every single game. This is not just annoying but is the reason I won’t play this casino on my phone - desktop only. - They used to have a much more active tournament program with free daily tournaments in addition to a $1 or $2 entry game every week. This has recently changed to a single $5 entry tournament per week with a (seemingly) randomly thrown in free game.
CanadaGreat selection, poor withdrawal policies
When you sign up, you have to wait 15 days before you can make a withdrawal, then on top of that, support will tell you that the withdrawal could take 3 to 30 days. Insane.
