The site has become so strict which if u check at 888 poker complaints,u will see over 1400 bad reviews .All you hear is bad reviews about cashing out problems and people getting there account limited which I agree because it happened to me and it was explained to me that it’s all about money .It is so sad because this use to be a nice site till it went to Ont 88 poker and the customer service and management team is awful and money hungry.Even the Ontario government which is the olg that oversees this site knows about the complaints and it looks like they will shut down this site this year which is sad to hear.Goodluck.

I was playing slots different games that I normally get bonuses but still put it back into games and today I lost alot and the games were skipping every third spin and I contacted support about something else and they said sorry it is on our end message us back in a hour we’ve been having technical difficulties sorry if there computer issues shouldn’t they not let customers put thousands of dollars into games to lose and it happens fast have pictures of conversations with support saying it on there end and sorry but didn’t give me anything back no free spin’s nothing just it’s not our problem and then another support person said same thing then start telling me it was on my end and they had nothing to do with the game’s skipping sad
