Food is great and so are the people who work here (in Orangeville anyways!). My only “complaint” is there isn’t an option to make a comment on an order; we want green peppers, but there’s no option in the customization section. I’d have to call to ask for the green peppers… but that’s super small. We love firehouse subs and the app is very straight forward to use.

If there was a comment box we could add in preferences for condiments sometimes I want its black pepper or when I select the option “ extra “ toppings they never add it in. At a firehouse sub location we cannot see through the window how much toppings are being added so we can’t adjust accordingly and same goes for online orders. And the point system is way too much. For ever $1 being spent at least a 100 points should be added. No one will ever accumulate 18,000 points that soon to even use it towards an order ….
